报告人简介:

Guanghui Wang received his Ph.D. Degree in pattern recognition and intelligent systems from Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2004. From 2003 to 2005, he was a visiting scholar at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. From 2005 to 2006, he was a full professor at Changchun Aviation University. From 2006 to 2010, he was with University of Windsor as a research fellow. He is currently a research fellow at University of Waterloo, Canada. His research interests include computer vision, image processing, artificial intelligence, and robotics. Dr. Wang authored one book "Guide to Three Dimensional Structure and Motion Factorization," published by Springer-Verlag, he has published about 70 papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences, such as IJCV, IEEE T-CSVT, IEEE T-SMCB, IEEE T-MM, Image and Vision Computing, Pattern Recognition, and CVPR. He served on the program committee of 19 international conferences. He is on the editorial board of four international journals, serving as an area chair of WACV 2014.
