报告人简介：

      Richard Chahine教授。1982年在加拿大魁北克大学获得博士学位。目前担任加拿大氢能协会主席,加拿大氢研究所所长和创始人,加拿大魁北克大学电子与计算机工程系教授,加拿大自然科学和工程研究委员会氢能净化，运输和储存的工业研究主席;加拿大氢能源与燃料电池领域首席科学家;国际能源机构的氢储存专家组成员。

      Prof. Richard Chahine is founder and executive director of the Hydrogen Research Institute, and Scientific Director of the NSERC H2CAN Strategic Network on hydrogen Production, Purification, Storage and Infrastructure. He holds the NSERC-NRC industrial chair on hydrogen storage and is a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR). He graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal in Physics Engineering; he completed his master's degree in physics and his Ph.D. in energy at UQTR in 1982. Dr. Chahine is currently a Canadian expert member of the International Energy Agency- Hydrogen Implementation Agreement’s Task on hydrogen storage. He is also a member of the Canadian advisory committee for ISO -TC- 197 on hydrogen technologies, of the Hydrogen Technology Advisory Group of Natural Resources Canada and of the board of directors of the Canadian Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association.
